Our factory has professional designer team and industrial engineers and responsible production teams to complete successfully your projects, you only tell us your ideas and concept or requests, our team can provide 2-3 designs for your choose, upon you choose one, we will do prototype, then do the quotation of tooling for your approval, next we will summary all details for your approval before set up the tooling, final we will do PPS for your approval before mass production。

Firstly, Our factory is in QUANZHOU CHINA where have all kinds of food grade materials suppliers, we use food grade materials to manufacture durable adults/kids lunch box with food grade PP, natural bamboo lid and Premium stainless steel. 

Secondly, regarding to customized goods, we will do pre-production samples for your approval before mass production.

Thirdly, Our team will mass production and QC team to inspect the goods depend on approved samples.

Finally, our QC team or your assigned inspector from third company will inspect the bulks before shipment.

We will send available samples to you within 1-2days,  then it takes about 7 days from QUANZHOU to abroad about our available samples.

If there is customized samples, it takes about 15workdays to complete samples, then will send them to you soon.

Plastic lunch box are microwave safe, dishwasher safe, freezer safe, natural bamboo lid is washed by hand, bamboo lid is not microwave safe.

 If you bought our available products in stock, it takes about 7 workdays to ready goods for you.  If you want to do customized goods, the lead-time is about 30-45days after received of deposit, approved artwork and pass the test if customer’s required. 

Our materials and products are in accordance with FDA, CA65 ,EU, REACH, LEGB regulations, we are willing to provide free samples to do the tests after received of deposit base on customized color, the testing cost will be bear at the customer’s account.
